The N. Verted Hidden Gem in this level is located at Checkpoint , at the end of the first vine slide section. From the Checkpoint, jump over the mushrooms and the pit, then stop at the bones you have to Spin through. Walk left off the path and into the end of the log, which is where the Hidden Gem is! . .
N. Verted Hidden Gem is found right at the start of the level. Hop up the steps into the circular room with the Inferno Boxes in it. At the top of the steps, do a Crouching Double Jump to get behind the circular disc thing at the top of the room (which looks like the top of a sci-fi door). The Hidden Gem will be here! . .
The Hidden Gem is up above hiding under a large leaf, but it’s very high up. To have a shot at getting it, walk Dingodile as close to the cliff face as possible by pressing up on the D-Pad/Left Stick.

Toxic Tunnel’s Flashback Tape is also near the end of the level. While you’re outside and crossing over the lava, you’ll go along a walkway with TNT Boxes guarded by some shock diodes, On the left will be a Bounce Box hovering in the air, with the Flashback Tape above it.
